the casualty occurs to take all reasonable steps necessary to protect the interest of the Insured
and the safety of the insured vessel. The correspondent will contact Al-Bahriah at the earliest
opportunity to advise the nature and magnitude of the casualty facing the vessel and will seek
instructions on actions necessary to deal with the matter. From this moment the problem will
be under the control of Al-Bahriah, with the local correspondents acting “on the scene”.

complex marine casualties. All these experts operate under their own name and employ their
local in-house staffs who are specialized in specific types of casualties. These experts are
located in key areas around the globe and are ready to proceed to the scene for dealing with
